Viacom Media Networks, in Nashville, channel CMT (Country Music Television), is recruiting several interns in various departments across the company for the spring, summer and fall semesters.
The paid internships are offered to active/current students only – typically juniors or seniors. The company is no longer requiring academic credit for eligibility, but students cannot have already graduated. All students applying for an internship with CMT must be able to commit to a minimum schedule of 16 hours per week for a period of at least ten consecutive weeks in order to be considered for the program. Although subject to change, the current pay rate for interns is $10 an hour.

The deadline to apply for the Fall 2014 internship program is June 30, 2014. While the application deadline for the Spring 2015 program is October 31, 2014, and for the Summer 2015 program it is February 28, 2015. However, the Summer 2015 application is not yet available. Internship positions for the current Summer 2014 semester have already been filled.
